Night of Shooting Stars
Watch the Shooting Star Shower live at the Uecht!
A glimpse of the winter sky, a warm glass of punch in your hands, and—if the sky is clear—the Geminids overhead: Experience a special night of shooting stars at Space Eye.
When the Geminids reach their peak in December, it’s worth looking up. Together, we’ll keep an eye out for the glowing trails across the night sky and discover what lies behind this fascinating spectacle.
To kick things off, the live show in the planetarium will take you into the world of the Geminids. After a refreshing break with soup and bread, your journey of discovery continues in small groups: You’ll explore our exhibition, peer into space through a telescope if the weather is clear, and watch the shooting stars with the naked eye outside. Warm punch, cinnamon rolls, and marshmallows roasted over the campfire will create a cozy winter atmosphere.
Whether as a family, as a couple, or with friends: Treat yourselves to some time together during the Christmas season and an evening full of discoveries under the starry sky.
Only 45 tickets available! Let’s go look for shooting stars together now!
